Dongfeng 5-ton water tank fire truck is equipped with a Yuchai power four cylinder diesel engine, 96KW, 130 horsepower, and meets the National Emission Standard 3. The vehicle consists of two main parts: the firefighter's cabin and the body. The cabin is a double row four door cabin that can accommodate 3+3 people. The vehicle has an exposed tank structure, with an equipment box in the front, a water tank in the middle, and a pump box in the rear. The carrier liquid is high-quality carbon steel carrying 5 tons (5000L) of water. The vehicle is equipped with Shanghai Rongshen CB10/30-RS fire pump and Chengdu West PS8/30W fire monitor, with an effective range of ≥ 55 meters.
