general calibrating sanding machine for wood is mainly used for surface sanding and fixed thickness.
1; This R-RP series calibrating sander remove amount is within 1mm, and removing amount is different depends on different kinds of wood panels. Such as Mahogany removing amount is 0.3mm, poplar removing amount is about 0.5mm.
2:The R-RP structure is one sanding roller and one combined sanding with pad structure. The front roller is an adjustable steel roller, which is used to calibrate thickness, and 2nd combined structure with sanding and pad can not be adjustable thickness, which is used to fine polishing. The sanding pad structure simulates manual polishing to do fine sanding.
3: Sanding belts grit: 1ST sanding unit is equipped with rough sanding grits sanding belt, and 2nd sanding unit is equipped with fine grits sanding belt. We supply the sander paper, the standard sanding paper grit is the first one is #80, and the second sanding unit is #120. Also, we could customize the different grits as per your request, there are other sanding grits sanding paper for options, such as #100,#180, etc.
4:Optional device: The vacuum working table is available for all the models of the sander. The 1st and 2nd sanding units are roller structures, equipped with vacuum working tables and panel pressing rollers, which calibrate the soft panel, not flatness. This vacuum working table is mainly used for sanding the soft and thinner panels.
