The buyer needs to supply steel coils for machine adjustment and testing.

The steel coil will enter the machine, being cut into bands.

Bands will be formed with the process of punching and stamping.

Each side of the band will be bent over and point-welded by medium-frequency welding machines.

Then bands will get pre-curled, pressed to the proper angle and finally get curled into circles.

Finished products will be hose clamps without bolts.
