1. Main girder of gantry crane
-Be welded of steel plates with honeycomb hole, connected by high strength precision bolt.
-There is sliding rail for trolley to travel upper the girder which is fixed on outrigger by high-tension precision bolt.
2. Traveling mechanism of gantry crane
-Consists of driving gear box and passive wheel box
-The driving gear box supplies power to finish the crane' travelling.
-What the difference between driving gear box and passive wheel box is that passive wheel box lacks transmission structure such as dynamo, rescuer and a pair of exposed gear.
3. Cabin of gantry crane
-Glass window can make the operator see all the working condition and the cabs installed in the front and two sides
-As a group of independent cabin, fixed outside of cab is connected by control cable and linkage station which is set up in the
Cab.
4. Trolley with gantry crane
-The trolley is assembled with motor, reducer brake, trolley frame, hook, pulley, rain cover and other parts.
-Include lifting mechanism and crossing travelling mechanism.
-The trolley is strictly designed according to the application and working environment.
5. Electric system of gantry crane
-Hoisting motor, long traveling motor and hydraulic power motor are included.
-The whole electric system is controlled by PLC(programmable logic controller).
-Two operation modes: cabin and remote control.
