Features
Drum transmission stucture: It adopts "planet gears transmission" method. The clutch leads the drum turn directly, and it is easy to replace the worn out wirerope or change the wirerope direction.
Wirerope fixing: One addition PT screw is used to fix the wirerope. It is more stable than norma; fixing way, and it can efficiently avoid slipping off from the drum.
Brake mechanism: It adopts electromagnetism brake, and wareble brake pads. The brake mechanism structure is simple, and no need to adjust the clearance.
Gear box: It is made with duxtile cast iron FCD-45# steel, which is durable and nonbreakable.
Special motor: The insulated calss is B. The motor has features of big start torque, small inertia, and low temperature rise. Therefore, the motor can work frequently for a long time.
