The double-shaft shredder is a widely used and relatively extensive shredding machine, suitable for the preliminary processing of many materials. Based on the nature of the material and the required output, the power required can be initially estimated.Generally speaking,it is divided into single motor and dual motors.Single motor is suitable for fragile materials with low power requirements. Dual motors are equipped with dual reducers, and ZSY or planetary reducers can be selected according to needs.

1. Shredder main body: the equipment main body uses high-quality steel plate welding, eliminate stress treatment and whole machine processing to ensure machine stability under long-time heavy load equipment stability.
2. Bearing/seal: bearing seat with detachable patent registration, can quickly remove the knife/cutter/bearings and other parts, easy to maintain and replace the knife with special sealing structure.
3. Knife: Knife material with special alloy steel forging blank, precision machining,heat treatment and cryogenic heat treatmeng times.
4. Knife shaft; Use high strength heavy duty special steel procssing refining,provide powerful power for cutting.
