Product Description
1) PP strapping made of virgin new PP.
2) Size: 19.0 mm wide, 1.0 mm thick, 1000m long per roll. Size tolerance: +/-0.5mm for width, +/- 0.1 for thickness. Length can be changed as customer request.
3) Tensile properties: break force over 320kg, break elogation less than 20%.
4) Colour: Green transparent or any other colour as per clients.
5) Packaging:
--- Usually packed around the paper core. Paper core inner diameter 200mm x height 185mm. The inner diameter can be 405mm or 250mm for choice. The rolls can be further wrapped within paper or carton, or on the plywood pallet on request.
---- Can also be packed in a carton dispenser with dotted round hole on the top.
6) Imprinting can be done on the strappings upon request.
7) Other strappings provided:
width 9~22mm
thickness 0.6~1.5mm
tensile strength 100~500kg
8) Recycled PP can be used on agreement for lower strength strappings.
