Description
Hanlinsky ZS Series Slurry Pumps are developed by fully analyzing for technical requirements in different applications and introducing the most advanced design theory. They are characterized by high efficiency, rational structure, high reliability, easy maintenance and low operation cost. ZS Series Slurry Pumps are widely applied to transport slurry or fluids containing solid particles in coal, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, etc. The maximum volume density for the solid mixed liquids Cv≤30%, and weight density is Cw≤60%. The detailed applications are as follows:
Mines: Feeding of ferrous and non-ferrous ore pulps and transportation of various concentrate pulps and tailing pulps, etc.
Metallurgy: Transportation of various slimes in aluminum plant (containing high-temperature slime, ≤106ºC) & transportation of various slurry in steel plant.
Coals: Coal exploitation and transportation of coal slurry for washing.
Chemical industry: Transportation of various chemical abrasive and corrosive slimes, such as phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer and so on.
Environmental protection: Gas desulfurization process and transportation of various abrasive and corrosive slimes.
Characteristics
1. Adapted by double volute structure, the design and manufacture are fully in accordance with national standard for mechanical safety.
2. Convenient selection for driving by direct connection or belt pulley, meanwhile, series connection by multistage can be allowed.
3. Fully analysis for technical requirements in different applications. Optimized designs ensure good performance, high efficiency and low abrasion.
4. Parts materials are well arranged for wear- resistant and suitable for applications, advanced casting and heat treatment, long service time and low energy consumption.
5. Horizontal split bracket by thin-oil lubrication, the rotor can be adjusted axially, which is convenient for disassemble and maintenance.

Structure
ZS Series Slurry Pumps are horizontal, single stage, single inhalation, double shell structure. If looking from the inlet, the pump is clockwise. The pump outlet can be replaced by 8 positions by 45 degree intervals.
