Self-Aligning Turning Roll This state-of-the-art unit comprises one Active Roller rack and one Passive Roller rack. The Active Roller is ingeniously driven by a motor combined with a reduction gear, facilitating seamless, stepless speed variation.

Say goodbye to cumbersome couplings and tedious pin adjustments. 'SA-Rolls' offer constant centerline capabilities for rapid and straightforward set-up and alignment. These self-aligning rollers can handle an impressive range of workpiece diameters-from a sleek 12 inches to a robust 16 feet-without needing any drive shaft modifications. Available in a range that supports 15 to 180 tons, these rolls are powered by AC variable frequency drives. The motors deliver a broad spectrum of rotation speeds, controlled by standard hand-held operator pendants, with optional foot switch controls for added convenience.
