DTJ-Z semi-automatic capsule filling machine is the upgraded DTJ-D model, designed with integration of mechanics, electrics and pneumatics. The whole machine is made of stainless steel 304 and suitable for filling capsule with powder and granular drugs. Equipped with automatic electronic counting device, this machine can realizes automatically the capsule insertion, separation, filling, locking, etc., reducing the labor intensity, improving the production efficiency and meeting pharmaceutical sanitary standard. It runs sensitively and steadily, with accurate filling dose. New functions of DTJ-Z compared with DTJ-D:
1. The traditional key switch is replaced with the touch screen, which makes the operation more easy and convenient.
2. The capsule feeding mechanism is made of 100% SS304 instead of the copper one of DTJ-C, which makes the whole production process comply with GMP standard.
3. The empty capsule sowing speed can be adjusted, which reinforces the sowing accuracy according to the real demand.
4. The hole for the capsule is a little inclined instead of 100% vertical anymore, which can reduce to the maximum the sowing error.
In a word, with novel structure, elegant appearance and convenient operation, it is the most ideal capsule filling equipment in pharmaceutical industry for small production and laboratory use.
