Applications:
This equipment is suitable for the water-proof distillation and co-water distillation extraction process of conventional oils and aromatic oils in vegetative foliage, flowers, grass and animal materials with high oil content. Using water vapor distillation and extraction method, put the aromatic plants into the distillation tank, then pass the high-temperature steam into it (or put the spices and water together to boil). At this time, the essential oil containing aromatic components in the plant will diffuse into the water vapor, forming an azeotrope of oil and water. Now cool the azeotrope, because the oil is insoluble in water, and separate the oil through the oil-water separator to get the essential oil we need. The equipment can be water-proof distilled or co-water distilled.It is a new-type, multi- functional and multi-purpose plant essential oil extraction unit, which can efficiently collect plant volatile oil, plant aromatic dew, plant extract and other effective ingredients.

4. Unique condensation design, good condensation effect. The oil-water separation adopts a laboratory-grade glass multi-pipe design, the diameter of glass pipe isless than 20mm. The specially constructed oil-water separator is used to facilitate the separation and collection of essential oils.
5. The equipment has a built-in layered multi-layer distillation basket with an open cover structure. It is very convenient to place flowers and plants and clean the equipment.
6. The equipment is equipped with a material basket lifting device, which is safe and convenient for feeding and slagging.
