PJ seires motor-driven grease lubrication pump
General Description
PJ series lubrication pump, and it can be classified two series according to the device of pressure relief: when the grease pump is not with the pressure relief mechanism, it can be matched with the progressive distributor (SDA series, SD series, DX series) to combine with progressive lubrication system. When the PJ series grease pump is with the pressure relief mechanism, and matched with positive volumetric distributor ( 35 type, 36 type, DK type, AD type, RH3 type) to combine with positive volumetric lubrication system.
PJ series grease lubrication pump is applied for die casting equipment, pressing machines, and various plastic injection molding machine, CNC machine, machine centers, bus transport, running machines and vehicles, robots, construction machines and other machines.

Product Characteristic
- Controlled by the PLC of the equipment or a dedicated controller to control the lubrication pump's working cycle;
- Set with pressure regulating valve,used to adjust the working pressure of the lubrication pump to protect their safety work;
- Set with a bleed valve to exclude the air inside the pump cavity to ensure smooth lubrication of the pump.
- Tank type: with pressure oil floating platform, vacuum oil, when using grease-packed package, vacuum oil, oil package does not sediment;
- The lubrication pump with the pressure relief valve, can be achieved rapid automatic pressure relief.
- According to the needs, for the tank type can be set low level switch, alarm when the oil level is low:
