The steel bar thread rolling machine is a machine that uses advanced rib stripping and rolling technology to process straight threads at the connecting ends of steel bars. The steel straight threaded metal fiber processed by it is continuously dense and has good comprehensive mechanical properties. The tensile strength is increased by 20%-30%, the fatigue strength is increased by 40%-60%, and the corrosion resistance is increased by 50%-200%. The connection strength of the steel bar is higher than that of the steel bar base material, and the mechanical properties of the steel bar joint meet and exceed domestic and foreign standards.
The steel bar rolling machine can directly roll HRB335, HRB400, RRB400~rebars with Φ12, Φ14, Φ16, Φ18, Φ20, Φ22, Φ25, Φ28, Φ32, Φ36, medium and other specifications. For pretreatments such as upsetting and stripping of steel bars, regular threads can be processed directly.
