SC-E-2636(4mm with passing section)series of forced convection tempering furnace is a new generation of tempered glass production equipment, mainly used for flat tempered glass production. Compared with similar products at home and abroad, the equipment has the advantages of reasonable technology, powerful system control software, high reliability, excellent thermal insulation performance, low production energy consumption, computer automatic control and high production efficiency. Especially suitable for deep processing of low-E glass, coated glass and other high-grade glass. The furnace includes loading section, heating section, flat tempered passing section, flat tempered quenching and cooling section, unloading section, blower system and control system.
