High Accuracy Steel Profile Straightening Machine
The equipment consists:machine bed, fixed block, thrust cylinder, hydraulic pump station, etc.The two main cylinders (thrust cylinders) have a bore diameter of 125mm and a stroke of 160mm. Working pressure of 16MPa and a system operating pressure of 10 MPa.
The straightening machine body is made of 10# channel steel and 20mm Q235 steel plate. It is rigid and reliable, and has good stability.
All the topping blocks are quenched and quenched by 40Cr steel, and the surface hardness is HRC50-55.
