Product Description
Induction sealing is a non-contact heating process by which a foil disk is bonded to a container. It is applied to most styles containers except metal ones. The seal is for air proof, leakage proof and quality security and hygiene purpose. Liner materials can be printed with logo or characters to enhance brand identification and customers' confidence on product quality.Application:
Ideal to seal plastic (LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PET) and glass containers.
Types of induction aluminum foil liner:
1.One-piece type: No releasable backing left in closure after sealing process. This type may have pull-tab to help removing foil liner disc from bottle mouth,depending on die-cut mold.
2.Two-piece type: Foil liner with secondary backing left in closure after sealing process.
Sealing performance:
1.Clean peel (no residue left on bottle mouth)
2.Welded seal (residue left on bottle mouth when peeling)
