IG BUNGEE RACK
IG Bungee Rack is a free loading harp storage rack (optional mounted on four heavy-duty casters). The floor is with numbered slots and glass handling controlled by a dual set of replaceble dividing nylon cords and corners. Glass is delivered to the washer sorted in the proper order to match up with the spacer frames.
Appliaction
High-quality Insulated Glass Unit Rack is designed for finished insulated glass units before window production. It can make sure the IGUs are put in good storage with elastic bands and plastic protector corners for each slot.

- Rugged structural steel design with multiple base and divider options designed to fit your needs
- The rack base and back vertical members are all MIG welded construction
- Durable electrostatic coating for long-lasting durability
- The harp dividing nylon cords and corners are removable, so that the cords and corner can be replaced when it becomes worn.
- The rack flooring contains bolted HDPE strips glass contact surfaces for easy sliding of glass.
- HDPE strips also provides a non-stick surface for insulated glass.
- Labeled slots is easy to organize production for the rest of the plant
- Frame for storing / transporting insulating glass units for inside and outside, mounts for forklifts and industrial trucks, optionally four additional casters.
- Multiple racks are shipped stacked & vertically nested for freight savings.
