HIGH QUALITY & HIGH SPEED STRAIGHT LINE WIRE DRAWING MACHINE
Machine frame: Steel welding framework, all covered up dust free, with transparent organic glass panel in front showing movements inside during normal operation.
Capstan: round rolling forming by high strength manganese steel plate then via carburizing and quenching.
Surface treatment: layer welding by alloy welding rod and polishing, spray welding by tungsten carbide.
Cooling: Normal pressure water cooling plus high pressure air cooling.
Die box: dry & wet drawing normal die box, rotating die box
Transfer system: Italian brand gearbox plus belt transmission.
