Product Description
SiMR-3387C is mold release agent based on a mixture of silicone resin and special polysiloxanes. It is suitable for wide mold-release application including PU shoes,PU self-crusting, PU composite materials, CPU molded parts, TPU molded parts, melamine, phenolic, polyester and epoxy resin products.

How to Use
Dry and clean the mold before use. Dry temperature is recommended to be higher than 40ºC.
Dilute SiMR-3387C with solvent. Recommended dilution rate is 10-30 times with solvent. Brush, spray the dilution on surface of mold. The frequency of use is based on the complexity of the mold and the molding material (normally refresh every 1 to 3 products).
