Q: Can I get a sample before I place an order?
A: Provide free samples for quality verification or testing. We will charge the sample fee and shipping fee first, and the sample fee will be refunded after the bulk order is published.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: 1) Small orders within 3 days, large orders do not exceed 10 days, depending on the real-time capacity. The Green Line will be open for emergency orders to meet customer demand.
2) Upon receipt of full payment, the goods will be delivered via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and EMS or by sea.
3) By air, usually you can receive the goods within 3-5 days or 5-7 days after our shipment. By sea, it usually takes 15-30 days.
Q: What if there is a problem with the machine?
A: Our warranty period is generally 12 months, if the damaged parts within 12 months are non-human factors, we provide free replacement. If more than 12 months, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping and spare parts.
Q: What kind of after-sales service can you provide?
A: We will reply to you by email or phone within 12 hours, once we send the goods, we will track the shipment until it is received, and we will be responsible if any quality problems occur during the quality assurance period.
Q: What are the terms of payment?
A: We accept T/T or cash or in-platform payments. We can accept PayPal accounts for small orders, for large orders, 50% is prepaid by T/T, and the balance should be paid before delivery.
