Rock Wool Sandwich Wall Panel
PNS's new model fireproof rock wool sandwich panel is recombined into a beautiful, fat, and tough building board by choosing two layers of high-quality color coated steel sheets as its faceplates, rotating the stripped rock wool 90 degrees after roll forming (make the filbers vertical to the upper and lower steel sheets) and strongly binding high-quality rock wool with the metal faceplates using high-strength, high-adhesion, high-fire-prevention binder. The excellent fire-prevention, thermal insulation, environment protection and other characteristics of the formed rock wool panel provide a best choice for industrial building envelope system.

Performance Description:Taking high-quality natural rock such as basalt and others as main materials,the core material of PNS new model fireproof rock wool sandwich panel is a kind of artificial inorganic fiber after the process of high temperature melting and fiberization with the characteristics of very low slag and dust content and non-absorbent.
1:The flame retardant grade reaches Class A, which improves the overall fire protection performance of steel structure buildings.
2:the two edges of the tongue-and-groove are filled with polyurethane foams, which effectively stop heat conduction and rain leakage prevents the reduction of strength and thermal insulation performance caused by moisture absorption and makes fireproof and thermal insulation performance more durable.
3:the high volumetric weight core material guarantees better thermal insulation performance (the volumetric weight of rock wool core material.80kg/m³ -120kg/m³) the two edges of the tongue-and-groove is filled with rigid polyurethane foams to improve the overall strength and prevent deformation of the tongue-groove.
4:the fireproof rock wool rotates 90 so that the wool fiber is perpendicular to the panel and the strength of pressure and tension resistance increases by 50.
