MODULAR FLOATING PONTOON
A MODULAR DOCK MADE OF FLOATING CUBES HAS THE PARTICULARITY OF BEING VERY FLEXIBLE AND ROBUST AT THE SAME TIME. IN ADDITION, YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE IT VERY EASILY WITH A WIDE RANGE OF ACCESSORIES, GANGWAYS AND RAILINGS.
Modular floating cube is made of high density polyethylene. They are blow molded.
They come in three models: single cube, double cube, Triangle cube etc.
Available in blue, grey, black and orange, our cubes can also fit your specific color needs, subject to a minimum quantity.

High density polyethylene is a 100% recyclable material. Our modular floating cubes are totally inert to the environment. No pollutant or constituent components having been the object of polluting chemical treatments are used in their manufacture.
The floating cubes assembly by connecting pins every 50cm gives a pontoon made of cubes incredible flexibility, reducing its resistance to waves and allowing it to withstand exceptional tidal conditions and weather.
This foolproof flexibility is undeniably the great strength of these pontoons that can be installed in the open sea or any other body of water exposed to difficult conditions.
With a load capacity of 87.5kg per cube (model A), this solution also offers exceptional buoyancy of 350kg/ m², which value may be multiplied by 2 or 3 by stacking layers of cubes.
Floating pontoon quality parameters:
1. The service life of the floating pontoon: 8000 hours under the ultraviolet detection of xenon lamp, the national standard for plastic aging;
2. Diagonal pulling force of floating pontoon: not less than 26KN;
3. Flat angle pulling force of floating pontoon: not less than 33KN;
4. The eight major heavy metals have reached the national standards and have no pollution to water quality.
5. The ear thickness of the floating box is 2 cm.

1. Every pontoon has four lugs. Each lug is marked with 1,2,3 and 4. Put pontoons in the same direction.(According to the logo on surface or the hole in side).
2. Insert connecting pin into the hole of the over-lapping lugs and knock it into place by rubber hammer.
3. Use wrench to turn the connecting pin 45 degrees.
The material used for the product is high molecular weight high density synthetic material (HDPE). It contests anti-UV materials. Have enough toughness and hardness and can withstand changes in the natural environment and low-temperature(-60ºC to≤80ºC). It has acid and alkali resistant, anti-freezing, UV resistance, anti-aging, anti-corrosion from sea water, chemicals, pharmaceutical and Oil stain.
