Pulp Pump / Slurry Pump is a new type of energy-saving machine, which is widely used in light industry and paper industry.
The hydraulic design of two-phase flow pulp pump adopts the principle of relative suction and relative blocking in two-phase flow theory, so that the hydraulic performance of the flowing parts of the pump conforms to the law of solid-liquid two-phase flow, thus reducing the erosion and wear of the slurry on the flowing parts, and greatly improving the working efficiency and service life of the pump.
1, high efficiency and energy saving: operation efficiency is 3-10 percentage points higher than ordinary pulp pump on average, energy saving, consumption reduction up to 15-30%
2, good cavitation performance and long service life: the actual service life can be improved 2-3 times than the ordinary pulp pump;
3, high concentration and no blockage: conveying pulp concentration can reach 6%;
4, reasonable structure and easy maintenance: the pump head part adopts the front and rear open door structure, maintenance does not need to disassemble the pipeline, just move the motor backwards, you can disassemble and repair the pump.
