Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile installation forms of 20kV oil-immersed transformers include pole-mounted installation, outdoors installation, and indoor transformer setups.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer body to align flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel, free from any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, strategic force points designed specifically for this product must be utilized, along with anti-slip measures to guarantee stability and safety.
While transporting and installing, maintain the transformer's inclination within specific limits (not exceeding 15° in the long axis direction and 10° in the short axis direction).
Attention to detail is critical; ensure gaps between components are neither too tight nor too loose to prevent potential issues during operation.
For terminal installations, select suitable insulation disks based on the actual conditions and ensure precise wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines, guaranteeing optimum performance.
