This section describes the device configuration and process
Machine process flow: non-woven roll → hole opening → longitudinal W folding → finished product cutting → transverse three consecutive fold → finished product output
1. Frame:
The frame is modular with fixed standard dimensions. The wall panels are covered with stainless steel. The manufacturing process is advanced and reasonable, with a flat reference surface on the wall panels that is not prone to deformation. The wall panels are welded to the steel frame and then covered with stainless steel.
2. Transmission System:
This machine is equipped with a conveyor belt for material transportation. At the rear, a servo motor is used in conjunction with high-precision synchronous pulleys for transmission.
High-precision servo control is used to maintain material tension, and manual deviation correction is available.
4. Longitudinal Folding Device:
This device uses multiple longitudinal levers for folding and shaping. It can handle multi-layer folding methods.
5. Cutting Device:
This device consists of a rotating cutter and a knife anvil (integral knife anvil). It cuts the material to the designed length, driven by a servo motor. The cutting length error of the product does not exceed ±3MM.
6. Finished Product Transverse Folding Device:
This device is used for three consecutive transverse folds of the product. It is driven by a servo motor and automatically adjusts the phase.
Quality Control:
During the folding process, no secondary damage or functional or performance degradation should occur to the material.
During processing, no dirt or foreign objects, especially oil stains, should be introduced.
8. Product Output:
The products are stacked pneumatically and output to the discharge rack.
