High Efficiency Ei Electrical Power Supply Low Frequency PCB Mounting Transformer

EI type low-frequency pin transformer is used to transmit the signal voltage and signal power, which can realize impedance matching between circuits and has an isolation effect on direct current. It is designed and manufactured with high-quality silicon steel sheet with low power consumption, which has the characteristics of small no-load loss, high efficiency and low temperature rise.

EI iron core transformer has a simple manufacturing process and a relatively low cost. Since the iron core and its matching coil bobbins have been formed in series and mass-produced, they are widely used in market. The EI type iron core transformers produced by our company are all made of iron cores punched by cold-rolled oriented silicon steel strips, which have lower loss, higher efficiency and lower temperature rise than transformers which using other materials.
