MNK61630 CNC lathe is an important equipment in modern manufacturing industry, with its high precision, high efficiency and high automation characteristics, widely used in the metal processing industry.Main spindle box is an integral box-shaped structure. The main transmission line adopts two advanced high and low separated transmission lines, which economically and effectively realizes a larger spindle speed range. The main transmission system has a series of characteristics such as large output torque, small power loss, and a large speed range.
Spindle and chuck are connected by a long cone surface, which is easy to disassemble. The claw support is pre-tightened by a special ratchet wrench through two bevel gears, making the clamped workpiece safe, reliable and labor-saving, ensuring that the spindle system has good rigidity and durability.
The bed is made of resin sand molding and HT300 high-quality cast iron, with good appearance and strength. The structure adopts the advanced technology of Italy TACCHI and is optimized by finite element method. The rib plate layout is reasonable and has excellent resistance to cross-sectional distortion.
