P Type Mono PERC Solar Cell

Product Description

PREC is short for Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell. It is based on the P type monocrystalline silicon solar cell. PERC cell technology defines a solar cell architecture that differs from the standard cell architecture that has been in use for three decades and that is usually featured in all photovoltaic manuals.

PERC has been upgraded to the PERC+ level. Examples for PERC+ are bifacial PERC, black silicon texturing and a PERCT structure.

PERC is high on the hit list of record efficiencies. In the last 12 months, the world record was broken 6 times. Today's highest efficiency PERC cell of 23.95% was made by one of Chinese solar PV leaders, followed by a 23.6% cell from another.
