Function: It utilizes ion exchange principle to remove calcium and magnesium ions, softening water effectively. The control system is automatic, adjusting to water flow and hardness.
Advantages: High automation ensures stable water supply with long - term operation. It has low energy consumption, compact structure, and is easy to install, operate, and maintain. The water quality after softening is high, and it requires minimal maintenance.
Process: Water flows through the resin bed where calcium and magnesium ions are exchanged with sodium ions. The resin is regenerated periodically with salt solution.
Usage: Widely used in industries like steam boilers, chemical plants, textile printing and dyeing, food and beverage processing, as well as in commercial and domestic applications to protect equipment, improve efficiency and water quality.
