Q:Are you a trader or factory?
A: We are a more than 15 years exported experience manufacturer who specializes in custom luxury packaging products for apparel, gifts, jewelry, cosmetics, watches and wine/spirit industries. Our factory is located in Dongguan, China. Welcome to visit us.
Q: What's your custom process?
A: Firstly, based on customers' requirements, we provide custom packaging solutions and 3D renderings to them. (requirements are preferred by the information material, logo finishing, product image etc. or just talk about your ideas.)
Secondly, customers pay the sample payment to us to move the sample forward after they approve our solutions. (Generally sample charge: leather box US$100, wooden box US$200.)
Finally, we send samples to customers to get their comments and update the sample accordingly.
Q: What are your trade terms?
A: 1. EXW or FOB, if customers have their own forwarder in China.
2. Other terms are available, such as CFR or CIF etc., if customers would like to do shipment by us.
Q: Which port is the nearest to you?
A: Nansha/Huangpu port (in Guangzhou) or Yantian/Shekou port (in Shenzhen).
