Product Description

Working principle: high-frequency straight seam solid state welded pipe equipment using AC-DC-AC frequency conversion structure, the three-phase voltage power supply through the switchgear cabinet and then sent to the step-down transformer, the step-down voltage AC power supply is sent to the rectifier cabinet in the rectifier. Rectifier using three-phase thyristor full control rectifier bridge, through the control of thyristor conduction delay angle α, to achieve the purpose of regulating the power output size. The rectified DC voltage is sent to the high-frequency inverter through the filtering link, and the single-phase high-frequency power generated by the high-frequency inverter inverter is sent to the resonant circuit, and the high-frequency energy is output through the load-matching and adjusting organization to complete the welding of steel pipe.

Equipment Composition: The whole set of equipment consists of rectifier cabinet, inverter cabinet, circulating soft water cooling system, step-down transformer, operating table, three-dimensional adjustment mechanism, output busbar and other seven major components.
