Several attention points when spraying the metallic powder
1. Electrostatic spraying only.
2. Make sure the powder flowing is good in the barrel.
3. The spraying air pressure will affect the powder film.
If the color is whiter than normal, please minish the spray air pressure.
If the color is darker than normal, please enhance the spray air pressure.
4. The spraying electric pressure will also affect the powder film. The appropriate electric pressure is 50kv~70kv.
If the color is whiter than normal, please enhance the spray electric pressure.
If the color is darker than normal, please minish the spray electric pressure.
5. Please clear the spay gun timely and regularly as the metallic powder easily sticks in the spay gun after a long time using.
6. If the film surface feels coarseness, like much tiny silver on the surface. Please:
(1) Enhance the spray electric pressure
(2) Minish the powder spray volume
(3) Increase the film thickness
