Answer: To receive a precise quote, please provide us with detailed product requirements and specify your order quantity for cost estimation.
Question 3: What is your sample policy?
Answer: For most small, low-value items, we can supply samples at no cost, but you would be responsible for the courier charges. If the sample's value exceeds USD 20, we will require a 100% sample charge, and the courier costs will also be your responsibility.
Question 4: What are your payment terms?
Answer: For small orders, full payment is necessary upon placing the order. For larger orders, a 50% deposit is required before production, and the remaining balance should be settled before shipment.
