Ceramic Wear Liners
We have Three-in-one Wear-Resistant Ceramic Wear Liner,HPA Ceramic Liner,ZTA Ceramic Liner,Ceramic Rubber Liner,Polyurethane Ceramic Liner.
Ceramic Wear liners are produced by rubber or polyurethane, alumina ceramic tiles and steel backing plate through hot vulcanizing process.
Cushioning rubber or urethane layer prevents ceramic tiles breakage.
-High Alumina Ceramics, 92% ,95%,99% Al2O3,
-Available with square, rectangular, cylindrical, hexagonal, etc.
-Thickness, size and shape of ceramic are determined on the basis of application, such as materials handled, lump size, height of fall, etc.
When selecting wear liner, the following information should be taken into consideration:

Ceramic Rubber Composite Lining with CN Bonding LayerCeramic rubber lining with bonding layer can be bonded to equipment directly by adhesive. Ceramic rubber lining without bonging layer is also available.

Ceramic rubber lining can be produced with steel backing plate and studs, lining of this type can be bolted to facilities via bolt.
