Main purpose and scope of application
In the process of conveying materials, the belt conveyor will cause serious loss to equipment, production and economy due to the material, sundries or metal parts are easy to scratch or penetrate the conveyor belt, especially the steel wire rope core conveyor belt.
ZL-B series longitudinal tear detector can reliably send out alarm signal and stop signal when the conveyor belt is torn, so as to avoid the expansion of the accident. It is suitable for the safety protection of all kinds of belt conveyor.
Characteristics
(1) Easy to install and use, high monitoring sensitivity.
(2) The control line is equipped with delay relay to avoid wrong action. The delay can be adjusted, and the delay range is 0 ~ 15s.
(3) The detecting element sensor has strong sealing property and can be used in bad conditions;
(4) The control box panel is equipped with a self-calibration button. When the self-calibration button is pressed, the on-site failure can be simulated to realize the above tearing alarm function.
