HY870 AB Epoxy Structural Adhesive
HY870 Epoxy Structural Adhesive is modified epoxy resin polymer. Two parts, fast curing, high modulus, high bonding strength, good weather resistance, etc. It is widely used in the bonding of dry-fixing stone curtain wall, and can bond metal, ceramic, concrete, wood, glass and other materials.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE:
• HY870 Epoxy Structural Adhesive should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place at or below 27ºC, valid for 12 months.
LIMITATIONS:
• Not suitable for frosted or wet surfaces
• Not suitable for continuous flooding or wet areas throughout the year
• When the surface temperature of the material is lower than 5ºC or exceeds 40ºC, it is not suitable for working
• Not suitable for all materials that will ooze grease, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oil-impregnated wood
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
• Surface treatment: The surface of the bonded substrate must be kept clean, dry and free of dirt. The metal surface should be rust-removed. If stone or metal surface too smooth,the smooth surface should be polished properly.
• Mixing process: Mix Part A and Part B in a ratio of 1:1 by weight. The appearance of the glue after mixing should be uniform.
• Gluing: Apply the mixed adhesive to the surface of the bonded part with a suitable tool to ensure that the adhesive is in full contact with the substrate.
• It is recommended to apply the adhesive within 20 minutes after Part A and Part thorough mixing. The higher the temperature, the shorter the working time.
• It reaches the initial solid in 4~6 hours and is fully cured in 24 hours.
