The disadvantage is that a suspended suspension axle increases the weight of the entire system and is prone to vibration and instability during high-speed rotation.Bearing type suspension shaft is another commonly used suspension shaft method, which is characterized by installing spiral blades on the shaft through bearings, and then fixing the entire shaft on the frame. The advantage of this method is that it can reduce the weight of the entire system and maintain stability during high-speed rotation. The disadvantage is that it requires more time and tools for blade replacement and maintenance, which is not as convenient as a suspended shaft.

1. Choose according to actual usage, such as the type of material to be conveyed, flow rate, and conveying distance. If it is conveying heavy materials or a long conveying distance, it is recommended to choose a bearing type suspension shaft.
2. Maintenance costs and efficiency need to be considered. If frequent blade replacement is required, it is recommended to choose a suspended suspension shaft. If long-term stable transportation is required, it is better to choose a bearing suspension shaft.
