[Characteristics]
Good whtiness in acrylic fiber or fabric.
Good stability for chloritee bleach.
[Application]
Chloritee-stable optical brightening agent with bluish-violet white shade for acrylic and secondary acetate in all stages of processing.
[Method of use]
Process A:
Dosage: 0.2~1.5%.
Dyeing liquor PH value is adjusted to 3-4 with oxilic acid dihydrate.
Ratio: 1:10-40
Temperature: dyeing at 90-98ºC about 40-60 min
Process B:
Dosage: 0.2~1.5%.
Sodium chloritee(80%): 2g/l
Sodium nitratee:1-3g/l
Dyeing liquor PH value is adjusted to 3-4 with oxilic acid dihydrate.
Ratio: 1:10-40
Temperature: dyeing at 90-98ºC about 40-60 min
