A : We use National Standard 6061&7075 aluminium for EVA, TR , PU , DIP shoe moulds .
NO45 & P20 Steel for Rubber /TPR moulds .
Q: How about deliver time ?
A : Generally, 15-20days for PVC/PU/Rubber moulds; 20-25 days for EVA moulds .
The specific delivery time also depends on the items and the quantity of your orders .
Q: Can you produce according to the samples ?
A: Yes , we can produce by your samples or technical drawings , show you1:1 wooden model before mould making .
