Structure of double-membrane gas holder
The membrane gas holder is usually used as a buffer device in biogas utilization projects. The double-layer membrane biogas storage cabinet is a 3/4 sphere, and the main body is composed of a bottom membrane, an inner membrane, an outer membrane, a gas holder pressure stabilizing system, a safety protector, a condensed water discharge system, and the like.
Bottom membrane: It is mainly used for foundation sealing and laid on the civil foundation, so that the biogas can be completely stored in the membrane structure to achieve the anti-corrosion and anti-penetration that the traditional infrastructure can not achieve.
Inner membrane: separate the stored gas from the outer membrane pressure regulating gas, which is mainly used to store biogas and automatically expand or contract according to the storage capacity.
Outer membrane: It forms a surge chamber to make the inner membrane suitable for constant pressure output of gas and protect the inner membrane. Even in extreme cases (such as storms), the outer membrane is continuously subjected to positive pressure to ensure static pressure balance.
Characteristics of process
- Biogas membrane type gas storage is adopted, the available space is sufficient, the air fan is used between the membranes to maintain the pressure balance between the membranes, and the automatic pressure relief device is provided to ensure the stable and safe operation of the equipment.
- All membrane materials of the gas holder have the functions of corrosion resistance, aging resistance, ultraviolet resistance, microorganism resistance, methane permeability resistance, fire prevention and the like, and have certain self-cleaning performance.
- The gas cabinet is equipped with a pressure regulating valve, which can adjust the storage pressure of the gas cabinet.
- The gas holder is equipped with condensate well and submerged pump to discharge condensate regularly;
- The gas holder has the signal feedback of methane concentration and material level, which can be interlocked with the flare equipment to jointly maintain the pressure stability of the whole system process chain and ensure the safe operation of the system.
- The outer membrane of the gas holder maintains the design pressure of the inner membrane through the support fan of the gas holder. The support fan of the gas holder adopts an explosion-proof motor to meet the corrosive working conditions and extreme gas working conditions on site.
- An inspection window is arrange on that outer film of the gas hold, so that the internal situation of the gas holder can be known at any time.
The membrane material can be selected from different domestic and imported brands, and can be configured according to the brand designated by the customer.
