55SiMnMo Tapered drill rod has good performance with high standard material, uniform structure of steel, mechanical stability and high dimensional accuracy. When normalizing the drill rod, the hardness reaches HRC32-35 and when quenching and tempering the rod adapter, the hardness reaches HRC49-57. Through the control of raw materials and the strict requirements of the production process, the performance of the drill rod is more excellent and the failure probability of the product is less, and the drilling life is longer.
