High-Performance Mvr Evaporator for Energy-Efficient Evaporation Processes

MVR is short for Mechanical Vapor Recompression. Alias: Mechanical steam recompression evaporator, is the use of secondary steam generated in the evaporator, compressed by the compressor, the pressure, the temperature increases, the enthalpy increases, and then sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator as heating steam cycle. MVR is a technology that reuses the heat of its own secondary steam, thereby reducing the need for external energy.
When the dilute secondary steam is compressed by volume, its temperature will rise, so as to realize the low temperature and low pressure steam into high temperature and high pressure steam, so as to achieve the purpose of reheating the stock liquid that needs to be evaporated as a heat source, so as to achieve the purpose of recycling and recycling steam; Since the compression in this volume is achieved by a compressor, it is called MVR
