R Series Helical Gear Reducer for Hard Gear Surface Helical Gear Reducer, gear materials are all 20CrMnTi, after carburizing treatment, tooth surface hardness of 58-62HRC, grinding accuracy of up to 6 levels, to ensure the reliability of the reducer reducer and low noise. The speed ratio can be from (with 4-pole motor) 1.6-264, can be divided into one stage transmission (transmission efficiency can reach 98%). Two-stage transmission (transmission efficiency up to 96%), three-stage transmission (transmission efficiency up to 94%). If equipped with 6 or 8 pole motor can obtain lower output speed. If you need a lower output speed can be used in the form of two-stage reducer, can obtain a lower output speed (more than 10,000 speed ratio). If the input is equipped with a continuously variable speed machine, the requirements of variable speed can be realized. Output forms are vertical and horizontal two, the output shaft is divided into solid shaft, hollow shaft (or non-standard production), can be installed in different directions and angles, can be used positive and negative. The reducer can be equipped with different types of motors (ordinary motors, single-phase motors, explosion-proof motors, variable frequency motors, brake motors, etc.).
