How it works:
A Pelton Water turbine is widely used in hydropower station with the heads from 80-1600m.
The Pelton wheel (Runner) is like a circular disk mounted on the rotating shaft . This circular disk has some buckets, placed at equal spacing around its circumference.
Nozzles are arranged around the wheel such that the water jet emerging from a nozzle is tangential to the circumference of the wheel.
Our pelton runner used high strength stainless steel material, Casted with machining or Forged with CNC machining, it has a good profile and high
efficiency.
Where to use:
1. Water head: from 80m to 1600m
2. Output Power: 500kw to 30MW
3. Machining type: casted+ manual abrading or integrally Forged + CNC
4. Diameter: from 500mm ~ 2500mm
