Q: Will my drawings be divulged if you benefit?
A: Absolutely not. We prioritize the confidentiality of our customers' drawings and are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if needed.
Q: Is it possible to know how my product is progressing without visiting your company?
A: We provide detailed product schedules and send weekly reports complete with pictures and videos to keep you updated.
Q: How do you control the quality?
A: Our quality control process includes material inspection to assess the surface and dimensions, first production inspection to ensure critical dimensions, sampling inspection before warehousing, and a final 100% inspection before shipment.
