Production commences post-deposit: CNC milling machines are typically completed within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are ready within 15 days, guaranteeing prompt delivery.
8. Packaging
For optimal protection during transit, we recommend robust wooden box packing, safeguarding your investment against any potential transit damage.
9. Acceptance Check
Upon order reception, conduct a meticulous inspection for any potential packing damage, leaks, or integrity issues. Confirm the product count and accessory completeness per your order and machine specifications. Document discrepancies and contact us promptly for resolution.
10. Warranty Period
Experience peace of mind with our comprehensive one-year warranty, which includes free replacement of parts for non-intentional damage and lifelong maintenance services. Post-warranty, parts and shipping costs apply.
We provide on-site debugging and training services at an additional cost. Customers cover airfare between China and the destination and provide complimentary accommodation and meals for technicians, ensuring seamless equipment integration and operation.
