Product Description
The product is a three-axis servo direct-drive controlled semi-closed loop vertical machining center for the X, Y, and Z axes. All three axes use steel ball rolling linear guides, which have a large load capacity, wide span, and high precision. The structure and external dimensions are compact and reasonable. The spindle is driven by a servo motor through a synchronous belt. It can realize one-time clamping for various types of discs, plates, shells, cams, molds, and other complex parts, capable of performing multiple processes such as drilling, milling, boring, reaming, tapping, and rigid tapping. It is suitable for the production of multiple varieties and small to medium batches of products, meeting the requirements for complex, high-precision part machining. It can be equipped with a fourth rotary axis to meet the processing needs of special parts.
