YLFS5-CBW80/1000/1300-XE is suitable for various types of injection molding machines with a capacity of 80-650 tons, and is used for removing finished products with high requirements for appearance and precision.The upper and lower strokes are 800/1000/1300mm, each axis is driven by a high-performance AC servo motor, with ultra-high-speed removal time.
The main machine structure adopts high rigidity design, stable structure,small vibration and high durability, it adopts high-precision linear guide and belt drive, fast speed and low noise.
Each axis is equipped with a limit switch, and anti-collision devices are installed at the terminal positions in each direction to effectively prevent loss of control. The perfect hardware and software dual protection function ensures the safe operation of the injection molding machine and the robot.
Highly integrated drive and control machine with built-in application logic and one-stop parameter setting, greatly saving users installation and debugging time. The whole machine has a compact structure and has the functions of quickly descending to pick up objects inside the mold, and slowly descending to set objects outside the film.
