3. This machine can adopt the Camera Spring Length Gauge replacing the traditional length gauge, which can measure the spring length as well as the spring diameter.

A complete set of CNC Spring coiling machine & wire bending machine to processing the wire diameter from 0.15mm to 8.0mm, especially including the new technology of the Camless machine with wire rotation function and the applying of the Camera Spring Length Gauge on the Compression Spring Machine

1.680 6-axis CNC High-speed Spring Coiling Machine is composed by 6 Japan Yaskawa motor and TaiWan control system, each axis can work independently and synchronously. Our design team made a lot of improvement and innovation with more function and higher automation degree.
2. This up-dated machine can form the spring within one minute, which owns the features of easy to operate, high precision and low noise. It can save much testing spring time and the cost of the raw material. This machine also has the function of straight cutting, subtend cutting and Rotary cutting.3. Remote free technical support by e-mail or telephone, or the supplier can assign the technicians to the customers' factory for the technical support if requested, but cost out of China for technicians will be born by customer, or customers can send their own technicians to the supplier's factory for free traning
