This machine is used for counting meters of wire and cable.One smaller wheel on top and one bigger wheel on bottom.The read out connect with the bigger wheel.When the bigger wheel rotate,the number of read out will change accordingly.Before these two wheels,there is router rollers for routing wire and cable.
